Primarily centered around the era-defining 1992 Dangerous World Tour, the production tells an intriguing tale from behind the scenes in two and a half hours of eye-opening anecdotes and true accounts, punctuated by Michael's idealist spirit, flawless music, and entrancing motion.

This Michael Jackson musical opened in the winter of 2021 as a rapid box-office hit, winning four Tony Awards, one Outer Critics Circle Award, and three Drama Desk Awards. It was particularly applauded for its choreographed work, which exhibits MJ's innovative dance steps, such as the “Moonwalk,” with faultless fluidity. This upcoming nationwide tour will again feature two-time Pulitzer Prize recipient Lynn Nottage’s engrossing book, with choreography and direction from Tony Award winner Christopher Wheeldon. As for its score, the musical will play over 25 of MJ's GREATEST classics, including “Bad,” “Black or White,” and “Man in the Mirror.”
